Strict 14-Day Return Policy 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

• Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return. However, at our discretion, an exchange or store credit may be offered upon detailed inspection and approval.

• Due to the nature of our jewelry, skilled labor, and fluctuating material cost factors, we may charge a restocking fee on returned items (amount subject to order-specific costs and conditions).

Returns and Exchanges

• Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy. However, if a refund is approved for a return or canceled order, a minimum 20% deduction will be applied to cover all unavoidable order preparation, handling, and processing fees.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other related international shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, email support@zorcona.com with your order information, request and reason for return. If you have already contacted our team and your refund was approved, please securely package your item for return and await instructions from our sales team.
