What sets us apart from the competition?

We are simply second to none when it comes to quality. Our diamonds are natural mined directly from the earth and each piece is hand crafted bespoke to each individual. Here at Zorcona our factory network and exclusive access means that we maintain quality control whilst being able to deliver with efficiency worldwide. We bring traditional craftsmanship and modern designs to deliver exceptional results that meet each client’s vision.

Where is your jewellery made?

All our pieces are bespoke design pieces, crafted, and finished in our factory network. Los Angeles, London, Edinburgh, Mumbai, Geneva and Shenzhen. Our factory network are direct procurers and manufacturers of both lab grown and natural gemstones. 

Do you have a showroom?

No, we are an E-Tailer specialising in high end and fine diamond jewellery, every order is hand crafted from natural materials per the specification listed in our product pages. Items come certified with a quality control guarantee and can be discussed in depth regarding any custom specifications. Some items e.g our natural diamond chains are covered by a free appraisal. 

How do I start an order?

Simple add an item to cart and proceed to check out. Or send us any custom specifications and a link to the item you would like to purchase and our team will be in touch to assist your requirements

What materials do you specialise in?

Diamonds. Both natural and lab grown, we are partner to the world's largest grower of lab grown diamonds with an exclusive network to natural sources.

How is pricing determined for custom specifications?

Pricing is based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the materials selected, the quality of materials used, and the skill involved. We will provide a quote after the initial consultation and design agreement if you've decided to move forward with our services if they differ greatly from what is advertised on our product pages. 

How long does it take to craft and deliver?

We state a lead time of 30 days with a 14 day returns policy. Our pieces are crafted for every customer including the items displayed as finished pieces on our website. We craft our pieces in 10-20 day with a shipping and delivery time of  7-10 days. 

Do your finished pieces come with warranty?

While we do not offer a formal warranty, we stand by our factory network, craftsmanship and professionalism. If any issues arise due to manufacturing defects, our factory network are committed to addressing them promptly.

How will my order be delivered?

Completed pieces are securely packaged and shipped via insured courier services. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

2017

Where we started

Welcome to our circle. We started as an online general store selling trending products on eBay. Our winning product was magnetic socks which helped us transition into online store development, this meant we needed to learn how to leverage Facebook ads for showcasing our brand and products to generate interest.

2020

Growth & Development

Our interest in web development and Facebook ads lead us to shopify, far removed from our general store days on eBay. Our niche interest in diamond pieces moved us away from online marketplaces and our parent company where we built our network. We were able to transition into a sole trader for lab grown loose diamonds and natural diamond neckwear.

2023

More Than a Brand

Part of our network led us to establishing an accredited community platform for photographers called 4wardView. This creates opportunities for us to grow and develop to get our name out there! We benefit from press pass access for products materials, networking and news related to our niche and any of our choosing. This acts as a legal bridge for media access to events for Zorcona offering us a unique infrastructure for partnerships behind the scenes.

We act as an online jeweller, the only e-tailer to bridge the gap between quality and high-end price between lab grown loose diamonds for those wanting to do their own craft for custom designs and naturally crafted products for those browsing real and finished pieces.

We enable various price points because we cut costs through our vast network. Our factory network of professionals are second to few supplying international names in the market.

Our partner factories are located in Los Angeles, Mumbai, London & more with a combined experience of 100+ years in the diamond procurement & jewellery industry. We ensure consistency and quality for clarity in every piece you order with us.

Within the diamond industry the GIA is considered the most prestigious and respected gemological institutes worldwide.

IGI

The IGI is another well-known gemological institute but offers diamond grading and certification services on a globally respected scale.

  • CUT

    The cut is the most significant factor, a diamond of high quality can appear low quality and lifeless without a high cut grade.

  • CLARITY

    This refers to the inclusions or blemishes that are present in the stone both internally and externally.

  • CARAT

    A high-carat diamond with a poor cut grade may appear smaller than a diamond with a smaller carat weight but a better cut. Our partners get this balance right.
